Emma Adams

Emma graduated in May 2016 with a B.S in Accounting and a minor in International Business, during which she was an active member of both Alpha Delta Pi and Beta Alpha Psi. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Accounting and plans to graduate in May 2017. She loves to travel, and has had the opportunity to study abroad twice, in Germany and Australia. After graduation she will be moving to Richmond, VA to work in Audit.

Danielle Agosta

My name is Danielle Agosta and I am a junior Accounting and Finance double major. I will be staying a 5th year after graduation to receive a Master’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems in preparation to take the CPA exam.

Throughout my time at Virginia Tech I have tried to get involved through volunteering and joining clubs and organizations. I am a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority, the Accounting Society, and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Each year I have participated in Relay for Life, The Big Event, Greek Giving Back, and other volunteering activities. I hope to one day become a leader in my career as a public accountant, as well as in my daily life.

Alex Bahrami

Alexander Bahrami, from Sterling, VA, is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology with a minor in International Business. Since his arrival at Virginia Tech, he has been involved in numerous organizations such as The Virginia Tech Men’s Lacrosse Team and The Consulting Group. Throughout his life, he has always loved holding leadership positions and leading others by example. He hopes to become a consultant after he graduates.

Alexandra Egan

Alexandra Egan, from Richmond, VA, is a sophomore Accounting and Information Systems major. The spring semester of 2016, she was initiated into the professional coed business Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, and wishes to promote professionalism and honor through the chapter. Outside of Pamplin, she serves as a delegate on the University Honor Council, for which she strives to educate the student body of enhancing integrity. This summer she will be pursuing an externship offer with Ernst & Young in Washington, D.C.

Emily Engdahl

I am from Lafayette, New Jersey. I will be a sophomore pursuing a double major in accounting and finance. I have completed the Pamplin Undergraduate Mentoring Program as well as PwC Explore program in addition to two internships at SKC. I am the treasurer of Habitat for Humanity at Virginia Tech and enjoy helping out in the community through Habitat or by participating in Big Event and Relay for Life. I love all sports, especially tennis. I am on the Women’s Club Tennis Team and Surf Club. I am an animal lover and fulfill this passion though my membership with BARC (Bonding with Animals through Recreation on Campus) where I walk the dogs at the Vet Med school.

Bella Fauzi

Bella Fauzi, from Charlotte, NC, is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Accounting and Information Systems. Originally from Indonesia, Bella proudly represented her heritage in various cultural events throughout North and South Carolina as 2015 Miss Indonesia of the Carolinas and went on to win runner-up in 2015 Miss Asia of the Carolinas. In her spare time, Bella enjoys crafting, running, ballet, and volunteering with a passion for children and education. She now calls Virginia Tech home and is excited to be a part of the first ever Pamplin Leadership Academy next year!

William Humble

Will Humble, from Richmond, Virginia, is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Finance with a focus in investment management. His interests include golf, Virginia Tech football and BBQ ribs. Will is currently the Chief Financial Officer at The Pylon – a non-profit online journalism startup at Tech, and is returning to Apex Systems for a second summer to work as a Sourcing Specialist intern.

Nicole Johnston

Nicole Johnston, from Christiansburg, VA is a senior double majoring in Accounting and Marketing Management. Her leadership experience at Virginia Tech has been focused in University Honors where she serves as the Head of Project Merchandising and the Treasurer for University Honors Ambassadors.

Nicole is passionate about service and enjoys being involved and giving back to the community. This past summer, Nicole interned in Roanoke, VA for Cherry Bekaert LLP as an auditing intern where she was able to explore her interest in public accounting. Nicole will be pursuing a Masters of Science in Marketing at Virginia Tech beginning Spring of 2017.

Jason Ksanznak

As a student at Virginia Tech and a native of Dumfries, Virginia, I have enjoyed living, working, and studying in my home state. My experiences as a mineral processing research intern at Unimin, an audit intern at Brown Edwards, and a mentor liaison at the Center for the Enhancement of Engineering Diversity (CEED) have greatly shaped my approach to academics, professionalism, and leadership. My interests lie in accounting, my area of study, as well as economics, statistics, and community development.

Yanina Merida

I was born in Argentina but have mostly grown up in the Northern Virginia area. My hispanic culture is very valuable to me and has been a vital part of differentiating myself from others in terms of finding my individuality. My interest in business grew from my parents, who are both entrepreneurs, and the fast paced environment that surrounded me. I started getting involved in finances at a young age and have been working to learn more both hands-on and in the classroom. I strive to attain the skills required to work under the pressures of the business world, while also taking a role as a leader.

Ted Simopoulous

Ted Simopoulos, from Lynchburg, VA, is a junior majoring in Business Information Technology. He is a member of the Innovate Living Learning community, which focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship. His interests are rooted in technology and he plans to work in the technology sector as an analyst or consultant upon graduation.

William Xie

William H. Xie, from Charlottesville, VA, is a junior pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology with a minor in Computer Science and Applied Busines Computation. During his time here he was very involved in the communities he was in. He is the Honors Residential College’s liaison to Residential College of West Amber Johnston, an executive member of the Entrepreneur Club of Virginia Tech, and a well-known member of the Virginia Tech Consulting Group.
